February Rotation - Monday 2-27

Good morning fellow rotationers....

Today is HSTA but I am switching the days and going for a 45 min run instead. I am having DVD player hookup difficulties and am awaiting reinforcements from the cable company but they can't come out until tomorrow. I am hopeless when I comes to hooking stuff up!

HSTA for me today as well. I forgot about all those leg presses! I did Step Heat yesterday on 8 in, and I'm really feeling it in my knees. Tomorrow, I'm planning on LM instead of a run and I may do that on 6 instead of 8 depending on how I feel.

I've missed you guys!!

I'm not really a rotationer anymore......so I guess I'm cheating posting here, but I finally did a workout again!!! NOTHING like what is in the rotation, but it's progress for me.
I did Stepworks w/u,then #1 & #3, (with modifications) c/d and stretch and then Stretch with stability ball #1 from TBS.

My plan is to start off slow and eventually work my way back.
My back/glute muscle is much better.....no spasms or lower back pain at all anymore, just stiffness and a "pinched" feeling in the glute muscle at times.

Hi girls. Today was Step Works and CTX All Step. Tomorrow is HSTA. Do you think High Step Challenge is a good substitute?

Becky: It looks like you're making a comeback. I would imagine that the stretching you're doing helps a lot.

Anyone curious as to what Cathe has in store for us for March? What do you all want to see? I'd like to see cardio with a body part a day, similar to CTX but with longer cardio.
