Hey Jane and everyone! Yes I'll be starting the rotation on Monday. I'm really looking forward to starting it. If I make my own workout choices all I end up doing is cardio, cardio, and more cardio.
Speaking of cardio, I did Charlene Prickett's Crazy for Step (aka Step Insanity). Holy moly, she doesn't even do a warm up, she just jumps right into the workout. Like running, it seems like the first 5 to 10 minutes are pure torture but then I settle into a groove. However, 70 minutes on a 10 inch step gets me anaerobic by the end. The calorie burn I get is about the same as if I went out for a run.
