I did SJP this morning. I think I will do this rotation until HC arrives. She must have posted it late last night. I was going to focus on S&H, but I am sure HC will be here within the next week(hopefully). Have a great day!

I just saw the rotation this morning, AFTER doing MIC and ab hits, so I will be a day behind until I catch up on an "off" day. SJP tomorrow then!

Have a good one, I have a feeling we will get through alot of this rotation until HC comes, but that's okay. At this point it will get here when it gets here.
