Feb Rotation Wed Feb 1

Good morning Phyllis... I've been a little indecisive about this rotation but I believe I'm going to do it with some substitutions and modifications. I do not want more than an hour w/o a day and will modify. I'm waiting to hear from Becky to see what she has decided to do, but whatever we decide, I believe we are starting today.

I am doing the LM with LIS but using a premix on LM to cut the time down.

Jane, I'm with you! I'm doing Lowmax and SJP step today. Am happy to be getting the long cardio day out of the way on the first day of the rotation!!;)

We CAN do this!! Who else is starting today??

I am doing a modified Feb. rotation so I'll be checkin in too. :7
I started my week on Sunday this week and will get in 5 days before we leave. Today was the short intense cardio day. I've already done Imax3 intervals this week w/ HCX#1 and KM was done too. I chose to do Imax2 6-10 + 2 bike intervals + core max#1. It was nice to be done in under an hour!

FYI this is my week:
S- KM (no leg drills) add 300 jumping jacks
M- HCX#1
T- ME + 400 JJ + 10" jumping rope + 5" calf stretch (look familiar?)
W- IMAX2 6-10 + 2 bike intervals + core max#1
T- 45 " TM run + short 10" abs choice
F- leave for vacation - I'll post again the following week.

I am going to try to get in atleast a long cardio and 2 short intense ones on vacation. And probably a modified total body if I can mamage.

Good morning,

I will be starting on Monday, so I am gearing up for the fun! Today was HSC. I am looking forward to this rotation, I really feel the need to drop a few, if you get my drift.

I just finished Lowmax & SJ&P step. YIKES!}( I'm glad it's done, but I'm also glad I did it. I feel GREAT!!

I am also very glad there are shorter cardio days this month. The 1 1/2 hour workouts can really dig into your day!!

Hi Girls. Conni and I will be on the same schedule as I'm starting the February rotation on Monday too. This weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) I'll be at the shore so exercise will be running on the boardwalk. I just hope my leg muscles will not object to the long cardio on Monday after all that running.

Today I did Terminator Viper. I haven't done that one in a long time. For good measure I threw in some core work at the end.
 
Hello fellow rotationers!!

After taking two days of rest which I needly BADLY after the January rotation and my double-header on Sunday, I am back in the saddle. I did LowMax and step only from SJP.

On my earlier post this morning, I had said LIS. Not sure where I got that from, but I guess I need to actually read the rotation:)
