Feb Rotation - Wed 3-1

I did the short cardio with Imax and the flying jacks. KPC abs cam after.

Are you planning on doing the March rotation? It looks pretty good to me. I could use some more strenght training. Of course, I'll sub for the run with a cardio that I enjoy. Phyllis

Hi everyone who shows up later!!

Yesterday I ended up walking once with my dd who is trying to lose post baby weight. I pushed her 3 yr old stepson in a stroller and we walked at a good pace for 45 minutes.
THEN my dh ,( who is trying to lose weight ) & I headed to the golf course and walked the hills FAST for just under an hour .
I got my cardio in for sure!:p

Today I will walk again when it warms up (around 60 today:D ) and this morning I am doing yoga with light weights off FitTV and maybe an extra stretch. A NAP would be a wonderful thing too today, since I woke up at 3:30 this morning and could NOT get back to sleep , and I had a late night too, so it was a very short night!!! :-(

Hey gals! I'm so wimpy about the cold weather I decided to stay indoors instead of doing the 45 minute run. I did Mindy Mylrea's Awesome Intervals instead. Jane, send some of that 75 degree weather up to Delaware! I really would like to get out and run again soon.

Did you see that Judy started a thread about March rotation? I'm in. Are you guys in too?
