Feb rotation - Valentines Day

Today I am going to attempt to play catch up. I am doing Bootcamp and then a 45 minute run.

Yesterday was long cardio powermax & LIS. I have to say I didn't feel low on cardio. }(

But today is only CTX Upperbody. I'll be adding some time on the stationary bike though, because yesterday I had a melt down and ate M&M's right before bed!!:p

I'm back . Just wanted to say CTX UB and 45 min. bike ride are DONE!!:D

HI Feb rotation doers!
I did CTX UB today and two sessions of abs from CTX. Tomorrow I will sub in 30 interval cardio for the core max#3. after or before Meaner legs

It looks like week #4 has more cardio in it due to the circuit WO's. so this week isn't too bad with an extra cardo thrown in or two. ( I did do a 3.5 mile run on Sunday too)

Hi rotationers. Today was 'you can do anything for a minute' Boot Camp. I really like the format of this workout but it does very little for me cardio-wise. I even did the premix that had everything but core then did all the core work at the end and still only burned 151 calories. Bah. I feel like I need to add a cardio tonight to make up for it.

I got confirmation today that I'm officially enrolled in the Kickbox class that they are having here at work. What does one wear to kickboxing? I'm so used to working out at home in a sport bra and whatever ratty shorts I find in my dresser. I have no idea what's in style for gymwear.
 
Well we have the short cardio days and the long cardio days and then we have the maniac cardio days!!! I did a 45 minute run with an additional 10 minute w/u and c/d, then did a quick change of clothes and went right into Bootcamp complete with w/u because I felt I needed some stretching after that run.

1'55" lordy lordy!! 934 calories burned!
 
YIKES JANE! That IS a MANIAC CARDIO DAY!!!
I don't think I'd attempt a run back to back with bootcamp!!!

You are one tough lady!}(
