Feb rotation TGIF 2-10

Hi everyone. ME for me today instead of MM. I did the final set of leg presses with 6 risers (forgot to remove one after the dips). YOWZA!! My legs were tired and it the second set was tough.
My shoulders were clicking like crazy! Not painful, just loud.

This was the first week in a long time that I followed the rotation the way I had planned.My rotation was Sun - Fri, with tomorrow as my rest day. Life didn't throw my any curveballs this week!

Hi Phyllis and everyone who follows. I flip-flopped my Friday and Saturday workout so I did MIS (don't own muscle max....yet LOL) this morning and will do my run/Coremax tomorrow. I always like ending my workout week with a good cardio.

Tomorrow ends my first week of this rotation. It still seems so easy compared to January. We'll see how this month works out at the end of the month when it's weigh and measure time.
