Hi all. Today was supposed to be IMAX2 1-3 and IMAX3 4-6. At the last minute I decided to sub this one with Blast Mania from IMAX2. I figured this was still in the same flavor as what was called for but a bit more intense. Have you folks noticed that on short cardio days you tend to go all out? With longer cardio I realized that I have a tendency to hold back some.
Anyway, I did my 45 seconds of plie jacks before stretching and followed up the stretch with 15 minutes of vacuuming and dusting (Phyllis gave me this idea LOL). I actually got to work 10 minutes early.
Phyllis: Keep working on your Christi workouts. You'll get it!
Jane: I have leg DOMS too from either kickbox or bootcamp (or both). I've had more DOMS this week than last week.
Judy: You mean I have terminators to look forward to?
