Feb. Rotation - 2-16 Thurs

Good morning fellow rotationers!!

Today is PLB and boy am I ready for a weight w/o. I still have DOMS from KPC on Monday and Bootcamp on Tuesday. I guess this is thanks to my week off.

How's everybody else doing?
 
Hi Jane and all to follow. Today was the short cardio with the Imaxes. However, I received some new Christi's yesterday and I decided I would try Solid Gold Step. Well, it's a good thing nobody else is awake, cause it sure was funny! I didn't get past combo 1. I even checked out the Choreography 101 section. For those of you who know Christi, you are aware of how remedial that is. Her cuing is different from Cathe and yes her moves are much dancier. Perhaps if I keep trying, I'll figure it out. Wish me luck!

Hi all. Today was supposed to be IMAX2 1-3 and IMAX3 4-6. At the last minute I decided to sub this one with Blast Mania from IMAX2. I figured this was still in the same flavor as what was called for but a bit more intense. Have you folks noticed that on short cardio days you tend to go all out? With longer cardio I realized that I have a tendency to hold back some.

Anyway, I did my 45 seconds of plie jacks before stretching and followed up the stretch with 15 minutes of vacuuming and dusting (Phyllis gave me this idea LOL). I actually got to work 10 minutes early.

Phyllis: Keep working on your Christi workouts. You'll get it!

Jane: I have leg DOMS too from either kickbox or bootcamp (or both). I've had more DOMS this week than last week.

Judy: You mean I have terminators to look forward to?

TK - I'm feeling it in my legs and particularly upper back. When I go awhile without kickboxing, I get DOMS in my upper back when I do it.


I just finished PLB and it was sooo nice not have to cardio and a w/o under one hour. I am looking forward to PUB tomorrow.
