Would anybody be interested in starting a group rotation challenge, like the weekly check-ins? As y'all know I've been compiling rotations for quite a while and they seem to be very popular with our group. I was thinking that it might be fun to choose maybe two "featured rotations" of different types (e.g., one Maximum Weight Loss, one Maximum Strength Gains), and try them together for a while. Even for those of us waiting for new DVD's, it'll be just a few more weeks until we have the new series and can immediately "feature" those in a group rotation. Until then we could try something else to get us pumped up.
If anybody's interested, I'll toss out a few suggestions for the first "featured rotations" and then we could do a periodic results check-in.
