I just did the kickboxing pre-mix from 4-day split. I totally forgot how much I LOVE that workout. It's all-out, quick and crazy fun! Cathe, do keep that workout in mind with the new ones and the "favorites" DVD. The punching series on that workout simply ROCKS!!!

Yay 4DS Kickbox!

I like this workout, too! I just did my own premix using the 'Higher Intensity' from 4DS and stopped it right before the stretch, and then picked up the 4DS Kickbox after the warmup and finished through the stretch. Came in at 54 fun minutes!!!
