Favorite workouts for starting over

Cathelete opinion poll for the day: What are your favorite "getting back into the swing of things" workouts?

If I've been out of it for a while, CTX is my go-to building-up series.

If I'm a little under the weather and just need something easier, it's Cardio & Weights.

I'm thinking STS Cardio has some good options.

Would love to hear what you guys like.
 
I like Low Max and Cardio Fusion for getting back into step.

I like Muscle Endurance for weights. Power Hour is another good one. Two great full body weight workouts!
 
Great suggestions. I haven't done any of these in ages, and it will be fun to do them again. I'll call it my "Missing the Old Workouts" rotation. It's going to be a great summer after all!;)

For me I go to 4DS since it is both cardio & weights. Agree with CTX too !

Shock Cardios are toughies for me even when I am in the swing of things.

Once I get myself back into the groove for a week or two I also enjoy the Terminators for some tough circuits also.

For cardio, I like Step Heat, Rhythmic Step (on 1 riser), and the step workouts in Shock Cardio.

For weights, 4DS--working one muscle group per day really seems to help me when I'm trying to get back at it following an illness or extended rest.

Glad you are feeling better and can get back to your workouts!
