Favorite NON-Cathe Workouts??

Kelley Coffey-Meyer's "Get Ready, Step, Go" is a great workout!! That's the only non-Cathe workout I like. Has anyone else tried
it?

Right now it's the TLT's b/c they are so different from Cathe. My core has gotten stronger. My balance and coordination have improved. I work hard and sweat a lot during the workout but there is no DOMS. When I don't feel like working out a TLT workout will help me get out of my funk. I was working out too much and too hard all the time and getting burned out with Cathe (love her, will never give her up) and the TLT's were just the thing to get me going again, loving exercise again, and wanting to get the burn going with my Cathe's again. I like how different they are.

It's called Toddlermax. You take your kid outside and chase after him/her until you want to pass out.

Christi Taylor and Mindy Mylrea are my top picks, followed by Patrick Goudeau.

P90X for sure right now.

And the new Turbo Jam Maximum results are very good workouts. For anyone that tried the first ones and wasnt sure - these 4 are much better. (I still really like the originials of course) but the new 4 are harder, and like with Punch, Kick and Jam is more athletic moves and not as dancey. I am really enjoying them.

BodyPump!BodyPump and more BodyPump!!! I especially love the newer releases ie #50 onwards. In fact, I like most of Les Mill's workouts namely BodyBalance (aka BodyFlow), BodyStep and BodyCombat.

Other than Cathe, the home workouts I most enjoy are those with Jari Love (cant wait to get her new workouts), Tracie Long (TLT, Firm), Gin Miller (Simply Series & Bella Strength) and the most of the FitPrimes and KickButts. I also love The Hotpants Workout by Dan Karaty - its a dance workout.

Hi Candy Oz,

Can we buy these workouts? I went to the site, but I don't see videos/dvds for sale. Anywhere these can be purchased for the home excersiser?
Thanks!

All of Mindy Mylrea's interval workouts: INTENSE!!
Rob Glick's Bosu Cardio Fusion: fun
Bosu Reactive Strength and Power with Gay Gasper
CIA 2601 Gay Gasper
Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge: fun and intense, but a bit too short.

Life is too short to try all the videos out there, but I am trying anyway! ;-) I am up to about 170 videos!

My favorite NON-Cathe workouts:

I'm lovin' the new Turbo Jam Maximum Results set! It's so much fun, high-energy cardio and I love the music! I also love Chalene's on-screen personality!

And I'm still loving Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti!

Gosh...I have so many cuz I'm a variety nut. I love most of the Beachbody stuff, lately did a P90 Masters rotation I loved. I like P90X, Turbo Jam, Yoga Booty Ballet, the new CIA's, Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti, Eion Finn's Power Yoga for Happiness & Tilak Pyle's Altar of the Heart. Mindy's BootCamp.

OK. I am OBVIOUSLY behind, but what does TLT stand for? And Jen Carmen leads some of those workouts?

Also, has anyone tried Anna Benson's new line, Fit Prime? What are they like?

Wow-this couldn't have come at a better time. I just ordered Bootcamp/ME on DVD to replace the same VHS workouts I had sold a while back to get some $ for newer Cathe DVDs. I am bored with what I have, and have been tossing around Turbo Jam. But, now I see that some of you like Turbo Jam Maximum Results. I can't find these workouts online anywhere. Where can I find them??? Whenever I put in a search, it always takes me back to the Turbo Jam main website, and the new workouts are not there/only the ones from the infomerical. I want to try these...BAD!
Thanks!-Jen
