Exerciselover....I couldn't pick just one from Michelle.......that's a tough question.  I like the first set of Peak 10 wkouts that incorporate weights into the workout.  Hopefully that will help you somewhat.
Elsie, in the last 6 months or so I got Paul Katamis 4x4, build and burn (whew) , 4x4x2 and double down. I love him! Such good wkouts, burn major calories, work the muscles etc. Great instructor!
