I need help! I am trying to fill out my Who’s Who form for the Road Trip, and the space provided is not big enough to contain all my Cathe love! :7 I thought it would be fun to see how the rest of y’all would respond to the following question in 5 lines or less:
What are your favorite Cathe workouts and moves and why?
I can list all my favorite workouts and moves or I can pick a few and share why I love them. When I cut and pasted the response I drafted into the form this afternoon, I only had room for my cardio favorites. Yes, I am destined to be a cardio queen! :7 I still need to cut this response in half:
Step Works, All Step, Step and Intervals, Rhythmic Step, and IMAX3 for the fun step choreography. IMAX2 for the energizing music and fun factor and because Cathe looks so cute and happy in this one. Step, Jump, & Pump for the music, fun cardio, and variety. Body Max 2 for the music, cute outfits, fun moves, and because it was filmed on my birthday! Cardio Kicks because it was my first Cathe workout. Kick, Punch, & Crunch for a fun stress reliever. Kick Max for the “cardio cocaine” blast challenge and because Cathe looks like she could really knock someone out with those punches! The Gauntlet, Hardcore Extreme No. 3, and Cardio Fusion for a fun challenge. My other favorites include High Step Challenge and most of Cathe’s circuit workouts, Supersets, Muscle Max, Leaner Legs, Butts and Guts (especially the leg blast premix), Pyramid Upper Body, Total Body Stretching, and Stretch Max. My favorite moves are mambos, cha chas, triple steps, figure 8s, rhythmic Ls, rock presses, power jigs, power mambos, full-circle turns, and spins of any kind. I prefer dancy and more complex choreography and enjoy rocking back and forth and spinning round and round more than jumping up and down (unless I am on a rebounder).
