Favorite Cardio Coach

Please forgive me if this has been discussed before! :)After reading a lot of posts I have decided to give Cardio Coach a try. So my question is: which one should I start with? I read the descriptions on the website but I was hoping to get some advice from those who have some experience. Thanks!

It's probably best to start with CC1 or 2, because they're shorter and the revised versions have more indepth instruction.

My very favorite is CC3, with the second hill challenge repeated. Fun stuff!
 
Hum, that's hard to answer because they are all good it their own way and also depends how I'm feeling that day. I tend to reach for CC#3 the most because it is hard enough to stand on its own without leaving me totally gasping for air. CC#1 and #2 are good for add ons after another workout. CC#4 is a gasper for sure as the breaks are very short, but I love this one. CC#6 with Candace is good for those days when you really want an a**kicking!!!

My favorites are CCPP, #6 with Candace, #4, #5... well, hell, I love all of them. ;)
 
You ladies really are enablers :7 I was looking at the package deals but I really think that I should just start with one and make sure I like it. I used to do iTreads and, while I think they are a good idea and I have certainly used them enough that they are worth the money spent, Grace's voice started to get on my nerves.:) I am hoping CC will be different, especially since I haven't been able to find anyone to say an even remotely bad thing about them.

Why don't you do the buy 2 and get one free deal? I am sure you will love it and this way you get a good value. I would recommend getting #1, 3, and either 4 or 6 if you do this so that you have some workouts that get progressively harder.
 
I'll say PP cuz I only have that one! Hee. I'm not much help, am I?

Though I will say PP kicks butt. I love me some Coach Sean.

You definitely won't have that problem with Coach Sean! My personal favorite is #5, but they're all great workouts!
 
Alright...so I took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free deal and got 1, 3 and 4. Now how do I get to them? I downloaded them onto my computer but I can't figure out how to get them onto my iPod. Every time I try to "Add File to Library." It doesn't do anything. HELP!!!x(

CC PP, Candace's version of volume #6, volume #3, Sean's volume #6...well you get the idea! I *heart* them all!
 
Pippa, contact customer service -- they'll help you through it. They're really good about answering emails.;)

By the way, you made some really good choices. I think you're going to love them all :D
 
I finally figured it out! I don't have much experience with 'zipped' files. Now I get to use them. I can't believe I am actually excited to do cardio.:) Thanks everyone for your opnions and help!

I love them all but here are my favorites:

CCvol1 not revised - It is a nice easy interval workout and adaptable to rebounder, bike, treadmill, floor (I've made up my own hi/lo with it) and I even walk/jog with it outside.

Vol 3 - a nice balance of hills and intervals - not too long not too short, motivating music.

Vol 5 - so motivating

Vol 6 - Candace - she kicks your butt and Vol 6 Sean - shorter than Candace vol 6 but still very intense.

These are the ones are reach for the most. I do the others too.

I prefer vol 2 the original to the revised one. Vol 2 is all hills and I tend to "avoid that one"
 
Jazz, I need to get the Original Vol 1 -- that's the only one I don't have. I love the original Vol 2 -- the one with the horse:D . I love the revised Vol 2 quite a bit, too. I love all of them. Coach Sean has an extraordinary gift for being able to motivate you.

I've been enabled too!:) I got vol. 1, 3 and 5. So far I've heard 1 and 3. They are great! I even enjoyed the notes on vol. 1 about his business. I think this is making me even more eager for Cathe's digital workouts.

I have a treadmill, but have a new elliptical on the way. I think CC will be great with both of these!:)

I totally agree, Sandra! I loved Volume 1! I really enjoyed listening to the whole story as I walked home from the gym. You can tell that Coach Sean really cares about what he does.:)
 
I love ALL of them. There's not a bad workout in the bunch.:D

ETA - A group of us plan to do the Press Play workout routinely on the last Saturday of the month. Y'all are welcome to join us. :D
 
I did vol. 1 this morning. (I had only listened to it before.)WooHoo! I burned a lot more than I normally do on my own. In fact, in the first 30 min. I burned as much as I normally do in an hour on the treadmill! And I felt great! The whole workout was a blast.:)

Thanks for the invite, Michelle! I will have to do that. I will use the vols. I already have until I get PP. But that probably won't be long.;)
