Favorite body part?

Hi all,

Just wondering: What is your favorite body part to work? I LOVE training back since I tend to slouch. I used to hate (HATE!!!) training legs because of how tough it was. However, I love it now since I know how beneficial it is and I've reaped the rewards (love the burn and afterburn).

If you have a fav body part, what's your fav workout for that part (either DVD, on your own, etc.)?

I love working shoulders and biceps. My favorite dvd is Gym Style BSB. I really feel pumped after that workout!
 
I am a shoulder fanatic! When your shoulders are defined, it slims down the appearance of your entire body, in my opinion. Love training hamstrings and glutes too and ABS ABS ABS!

Back back back! I am also trying to improve my posture. Plus it's my strongest upper body part, and I feel so strong when I work it.
 
Hmmmmmmm... I'm thinking... it used to be back and chest, but lately I've been into CARDIO of all things!! (I've always hated cardio in the past and now I can't seem to get enough of it :eek: ).

I've also been doing a lot of kettlebell workouts lately and that's given me a whole new perspective on total body workouts and functional fitness.
 
I love working my back and I love doing pull ups. Second would be my shoulders. I would love to have "caps" on them. Ah, maybe one day.

Its gotta be triceps, abs,shoulders and booty.:)Three bodyparts that when worked hard can totally change your appearance.

Legs ar emy favourite.. for the first 5 years I lifted I didnt do legs (very little).
Now I love them and have seen great results in just 6 months!

Back is my next favourite and I started focusing on that last fall and have gotten good results..
And of course shoulders, well, actually just rear delts.. I train them on shoulder AND back day!

Definately glutes, especially when I got a compliment from my SO, "is all the working out supposed to make your butt rounder?" And I didn't even realize what was going on back there.:D
 
Beavs - you are too funny!!!!

Put another vote in there for the shoulders. My shoulders are rounding already and I think it helps to "square me back up."
