Favorite back from a break workout?

Hi everyone,

I don't want to say that it's a back from vacation workout, because I went home to be with my Dad as he had open heart surgery (he's doing really well!!) - But, I only got to do one workout in 8 days.

My question is this - what's your absolute favorite workout to get yourself back on the wagon, so to speak? Maybe something like Bootcamp? Or would you do a weight workout first, maybe a circuit? I just need some ideas to get motivated for my workout this afternoon!

I like to do circuits when coming back from a break. C & W, LIC or any of the high step workouts. I take the weight and intensity down a notch.
 
I agree : circuits are a great way to get back into things: some cardio, some weights, a little bit of everthing. But I consider it a 'warm-up' workout, and take the weights down a bit.

After a hiatus from workouts, I always go back in with good old Circuit Max!

I've tried other Cathe workouts, but I keep returning to Circuit Max after 7 to 10 days of not working out.

Who wants to work out while in South Beach or Las Vegas?

Not me!

Thanks for the ideas, everyone - I started doing FitnessFreak's 1 hour rotation for Fat loss and it's really hitting the mark for me. I definitely agree that Circuit Max is a great one for jumping back in and I'll keep that in mind for the next time!!
