Fav Cathe Dvd

My consistant go-to workout has been Cardio & Weights. When I can't decide which workout to do, I go for C&W and a little Buttercup! I LOVE skipping across the step and YES, the song does stick with me allll day!! :D

Now that we have LIS, Afterburn may become my new go-to.
