Hi everyone, I wondered if you could help, since doing the core work in the Intensity series, I have found that the muscles in my neck fatigue more easily, although my neck has lengthend noticeably since doing this particular series [ at first it felt like my head was to heavy for my neck:-( ] now it just slowly tires as the day wears on, am I doing to much? or is this the normal process of or the neck muslces strenghing with the core?.
