Fat Loss

I know you have been asked this question a million times.....how can I maximize fat loss? I very much want to decrease my body fat percentage but I really do not know where to start. Other than cleaning up my diet and exercise (I currently do strength 3 days/week and cardio 3 days/wk) what other suggestions would you recommend? Thanks so much for any advice!
 
Always shock your body by doing various types of workouts, for various lengths at various intensities.

For example:

ONE WEEK do one kickbox, one step, one interval and a running workout along with muscle endurance workouts.

THE NEXT WEEK do one circuit, one Hiit, one bootcamp and one cycle workout mixed with the three gym style workouts.

etc....

The cleaner your diet, the more visible your muscles become. The abs are the last to show their strength and beauty so you have to eat really clean to see them.

First of all I have to say I think it is so wonderful that you spend the time talking to us. We are so lucky. Thanks for all you do!

Now onto my question :) What is the difference between a circuit and bootcamp workout?
