Fat Loss/Definition Rotation Update

Has there been any change to this Rotation since 2003? I notice Cathe has some great new DVDs and am wondering if any of these replace some of the other suggestions or where they might be added to the Fat Loss/Definition Rotation.. thanks for your anticipated response....leigh:)
 
You could do this:

WEEK ONE:

Monday: CTX Upper Body
Tuesday: Imax 3
Wed: Leaner Legs
Thurs: Hardcore Extreme 2
Fri: Muscle Endurance
Sat: Walk/Run 40 minutes Plus Abs from Step Heat
Sun: OFF


WEEK TWO:

Monday: Body Max
Tuesday: Step Blast
Wed: Kick Punch and Crunch
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Muscle Max
Sat: OFF
Sun: Power Hour

WEEK THREE:

Monday: Hardcore Extreme 3
Tues: Cardio and Weights
Wed: GS Legs
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Circuit Max
Sat: OFF
Sun: Advanced High Step Challenge

WEEK FOUR:

Monday: Rhythmic Step
Tuesday: Imax 2
Wed: Power Hour
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Pyramid Upper
Sat: Imax 2
Sun: Legs and Glutes

That is my try -- others?
 
This looks good to me. I dont' have the earlier workouts either but I do have the ones above.
