fat at hips

right below the ribs and and a tad of the lower back. i know eat clean but what exercises will help that area? deadlifts maybe?i did not do much cardio during sts.

Unfortunately, WHERE one stores fat on the body is entirely genetically determined. Special exercises that recruit muscle groups in a specific area will not cause fat to be burned off in that area. It might pump up the muscles in that area but that's it.

If this is "new" storage fat, you may want to re-incorporate more cardio into your next few weeks of training; hopefully your STS rotation has put more power into all of your muscles (especially Plyo Legs) which you can then use to put power into your cardio work.

You can't spot reduce fat in a particular area, but you could try building muscle in that area to add definition.
 
I had weight loss everywhere several years ago, but I noticed Tae Bo and kickboxing really melted that area fast. Of course, I don't know if it was the weight loss or the specific exercise, just know it went quickly!

probably all the twisting in kb helps. a friend of mine has a kb class that also incorporates using a punching bag and going in a ring! i have been to one class but plan to go more often(mon-fri). it was a sweater!i am thinking of starting a rotation of kb 3x a week or p90x+ which majorly helps the abs
