Family yoga recommendations, please

Does anyone have a yoga DVD that they do with their kids? I'd like to get one that Sophie and I can do together. The only one I've been able to find is Rodney Yee's Family Yoga. Does anyone have any recommendations? She's 8. Do you think she could do a regular yoga dvd? Or should I find one that's geared to kids?

My daughter is 9 and she LOVES The Firm Power Yoga. She's actually way better at it than I am since she's young and flexible and has a lot less body weight to hold up. It's pretty easy video to follow and doesn't use a lot of yoga terms. They also show beginner, intermediate and advanced moves. I haven't been able to find a yoga video for kids that isn't for really little kids.

Once we were doing it together and she was laughing at me because she could do one of the advanced moves and I was having a hard time with intermediate. She laughed so hard that we both fell over.

they have yoga kids which comes in a colorful red box with yellows and blues. they have 3 different ones. i have volume 2 and 3. they are some yoga poses but doing them in a moving around sort of way and doing silly things. they say ages 3-8 but from your description of sophie she sounds quite mature so maybe a beginners yoga tape(maybe yoga zone?). you can always try the yoga kids but i see them more for my daughter's age.

Thanks, Kassia. I was hoping you'd see this and reply:)

I think we'll try a beginner's tape. She's way more flexible than me, that's for sure. I guess that comes from being 4' 4 1/2" and only weighing 50 lbs:p
