Fainting

I was working out fine then things got really dizzy and the next thing i know about 10 sec later im waking up on my floor....what should I do???
 
Luis, I agree 100% with Catherine. This is the second time in about a week that you've had problems with dizziness. Go to a doctor as soon as you can, and tell her / him everything about what has been happening.

A nurse here: go see your MD.

Before you go, make a list of what has been happening, when it has been happening, whether or not you ate, how you have been resting and sleeping, any aches or pains anywhere in your body (headache? chest? fluttery feelings?) and even try to think of *anything* abnormal or out of the ordinary that you may be experiencing whether you think it relates to these episodes or not. This could be something as easy to fix as hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), but could be something more serious. Only way to know is to get yourself checked out. Passing out and coming to on the floor is NOT normal.

when i work out i have a seizure if i dont drink during the workout. are you drinking enough water? just be careful because if i drink too much i have cramps during the workout. like everyone says see a doc

Oh my Warchild2005, what a frightening experience. I hope somebody was home with you. You REALLY should have this checked into. Especially since it sounds as if you have experienced dizzy spells before. Please send me a PM and let me know what the doc says. Take Care!
