Facial Exercises

I've tried searching these forums for previous discussions on this subject and could not find any. I see there is a DVD from College Video on Facial Workout. I'd like to to hear from anyone who may have it. What has been your experience? Have you noticed any differences?
Is it worth getting? Or is there anyone out there that does their own facial exercises that could share a few with me?

Thanks.
Carmen

Hi Carmen
I think I remember seeing it a while ago in collage video paper catalog but I am not really sure. In my opinion I think it might be a waste of $$$ If it were something that worked I think every Hollywood star would be selling their own by now.
There are so many exercise products on the market and many are worth less. Just remember if it sounds to good to be true than it probably isn't going to work.
I think sunscreen and advoiding the sun and smoke are the best you can do for your skin. This is just my opinion.

I do remember a LONG time ago (early 80's) an instructor named Joanie Greggains devoted a few shows to facial exercises. I did some of them but ended up laughing at myself because it felt so funny and my neck was sore from one of them!!....:)

Susan I was more interested in facial exercises for the muscles of the face not so much the skin.

Ladies, thank you for the feedback.

I use the Facial Flex contraption they sell on QVC. Not sure what results I've had from it. I"ve been using it for a few years now and I'm 47. That's a recent pic in my Avatar....so you could see if you think it looks like it works. I think it probably helps with the taughtness at the jowl line, etc.
