I know the kick backs work great for the triceps area. How do we ladies target that area thats the bottom side of our arms?:)
 
Where do you mean specifically? I don't understand what the "bottom side" of our arms is...
 
when you hold your arms straight out to the sides at shoulder level its the actual bottom or underneath. I know it is a hard one to describe.

DmDj, that IS your tricep area! :) Dips are excellent for that area too. Overhead tricep extentions get the area good also.

Also--you'll hate me for this, I know, LOL!--that area is one that is often the first to show signs of excess body fat on the upper body, so diet plays a roll as well.

In addition to weight moves, kickboxing/boxing (punching) works the arms nicely, including the triceps.
 
Thank you ladies on the input for that hard to get area! Its not easy realizing your bod isnt 20y or 25y anymore.:p
