Extra credit for an infant walking on your abs?

I was doing C&W abs and my son thought it would be a faster route to his toy by climbing over me. He got stuck draped over my mid section, and I kept crunching. Boy did he think that was hilarious. My abs, however, 5 hrs later do not.

Kinda like using a large medicine ball! LOL. My dogs will sometimes do this, but when I pull out the stability ball they both run and hide...just freaks them out everytime and I am sort of glad because they distract me and their not as gentle as a baby playing so wildly though they mean to be.

LOL! Charlotte! I'm going to have to get DH to take pics of me doing abs & my dog plopping his big butt near my head when I'm trying to abs & put my fingers behind my head for support. It just doesn't work. If that's not bad, my cat, that likes to taunt him (there's some rivalry going on between them) will come up & sit on my stomach. If DH is not there to remove them, I can just kiss my ab routine goodbye. And even then, he just laughs & wastes my time.

My 2 year old always climbs on me when I am doing abs. He comes up and hugs me, and says mommy. It's so cute, I usually stop and start hugging and kissing him.

I remember those days. My son used to think it was fun to sit on my abs while I was doing crunches or on my back while doing pushups. No wonder i was so strong when I was in my 20s. lol
