exhale core fusion workouts

do any of you have these? I've watched clips and seen the reviews on college video and i'm considering getting these as i really like fusion workouts.
 
Thanks. I checked out the reviews over at amazon and they are pretty positive. Anyone else tried these?
 
not a fan

there was 1 on fit tv today. i did think the exercises were effective, my butt is already sore tho, so i'm not sure if it would be if i wasnt sore. i didnt like that the lady talked so much, she talked almost the whole time, telling us to keep in alignment ect over and over. i that wouldv get really annoying, but i like a fast paced workout. its weird, i have trouble often talking too much, and dont mind when other people talk constantly, but not today lol. i'm not sure which one it was, they worked upper body with light dumb bells and lower body work holding onto a chair plies etc. sorry cant be more positive. maybe it is for u if u want a calm experience with stretching.
 
I have them and really like them. The core sections really helped solve my back problems. I even like the lower body workouts (not big on heavy weights for my legs - ruins my running to do too much weight), they really work the derriere! Especially if you want strong core, have had back problems, and can't get your abs strong I recommend them. Plus at 10 minutes per section, you cna always make time for at least one or two a day.

I have 3 core fusion workouts of which I purchased most recently. I really like them. My fav is Thighs & Glutes. It flows really good and Fred & Elizabeth coach the whole workout which I think is necessary. Proper body alignment and breathing is very important. It is not fast paced but yet moves at a good pace. If you are looking for toned and high lifted butt with a strong and flat core then this is what they will do.Also long and lean thighs. I started using them in late June but got away from them for awhile. I'm going to incorporate them into my weekly rotation to 4x a week. The best thing is that they are all 10 minute segments so it is very time friendly. My back loves these workouts and my abs feel lifted and tight while executing the moves. For me they are very challenging and completely different from traditional workouts. A keeper for sure. HTH!
 
Thanks. I just ordered the two full body ones. I like that its broken up into segments as i like to do 30 minutes of cardio and then 30 minutes of some type of yoga or toning workout. These will fit in nicely. I have really lost my desire for traditional lifting so i'm trying to expand my library of bar type workouts.
