Hi Cathe,
I'm going to be 44 in August, and have finally decided to pay attention to the mild POP that I was diagnosed with a number of years ago. I've found a great resource for exercising with POP (https://www.pelvicexercises.com.au/) and would now like to integrate her advice into my workout regime. It's going to require a shift in thinking for me, particularly the part about not lifting "heavy". I'm not sure what constitutes "heavy", and what kind of benefit I'll see if I don't lift with hypertrophy in mind.
If you have any words of advice for me, in particular how to modify any of your videos, or which routines would be best to use/avoid, I would appreciate it. I would also love to see a monthly rotation that focuses on pelvic floor health, if that's ever possible.
Thanks!
