Exercises to Target the Middle Deltoid Area?

I'm TRYING to get that cut in the middle look that Cedie has...where there is a nice cut where the bicep meets the middle deltoid area. My biceps are fine, but my middle delts aren't as good. I'd like to build them a bit without bulking the upper shoulder area. The only exercise that I know of that really hits that area is the side lateral raise on an incline (HSTA). Any other ideas? }(
 
Standing side lateral raises, arms long, both arms raised simultaneously;

Standing side lateral raises, arms long, each arm raised one at a time;

Seated side lateral raises, arms bent 90 degrees, both arms raised simultaneously;

Seated side lateral raises, arms bent 90 degrees, each arm raised one at a time;

Standing overhead presses, palms facing out, both arms raised simultaneously;

Standing overhead presses, palms facing out, each arm pressing up one at a time;

Seated overhead presses, palms facing out, both arms raised simultaneously;

Seated overhead presses, palms facing out, each arm pressing up one at a time;

Mega-decline push-ups with the toes on the seat of a chair and the hips piked directly over the shoulders (a la Body Blast)
