I'm TRYING to get that cut in the middle look that Cedie has...where there is a nice cut where the bicep meets the middle deltoid area. My biceps are fine, but my middle delts aren't as good. I'd like to build them a bit without bulking the upper shoulder area. The only exercise that I know of that really hits that area is the side lateral raise on an incline (HSTA). Any other ideas? }(
