hi, if your muscles are sore from working out should you continue your workout or wait until your muscles heal? also is it good to work out everyday.
 
It is difficult to rest but i try to rest one day in the week.Your body needs one day to recover.

It's typically recommended that you give each body part a 48 hour rest between workouts, especially if you're sore. But that doesn't mean you can't work out almost every day, it just means that you should split up your muscle groups.
