I can't remember where it is posted but a while back several (including me) was looking for a good food/exercise journal with much appreciation to the one that emailed the one she personally made. I found a very interesting website, it's www.fitday.com. It has EVERYTHING for those of you who like to keep track of diet and exercise along with much, much more. I've seen alot of web-sites but this one pretty much takes the cake.
