I can't remember where it is posted but a while back several (including me) was looking for a good food/exercise journal with much appreciation to the one that emailed the one she personally made. I found a very interesting website, it's www.fitday.com. It has EVERYTHING for those of you who like to keep track of diet and exercise along with much, much more. I've seen alot of web-sites but this one pretty much takes the cake.

If you wanted to you oculd make one up yourself. All you have to do is record what you eat for the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) and you did for a workout. Just my opinion;-)

Also for any Self subscriber they have a diet club its free. You track your food and exercise. Very easy to use. I just don't use it as much as I should.}(
