HI CATHE! I HAVE BEEN A BODYBUILDER FOR 10YEARS-COMPETED ONCE-BUT MY CONCERN IS THAT I AM LOSING TOO MUCH MUSCLE DURING MY 2ND PG. I HAVE A 19 MO.OLD SON & 2ND SON COMING JULY 4TH..HAVING BEEN ILL FOR 5 MOS. WITH BOTH PG., IT'S BEEN HARD TO MAINTAIN STRENGTH. WHAT DO U SUGGEST FOR ME, AS I ENJOY YOUR MUSCLE ENDURANCE CLASS-I JUST HAVE TO REST THROUGH IT NOW..
IS THIS ENOUGH TO DO FOR NOW OR SHOULD I DO ACTUAL WEIGHT ROUTINE? THANKS..PLEASE HELP!!
