It would be so great if you would write a book on exercise. I'm always confused as to how to work muscle groups. For example, I've noticed that on the FIT-TV shows, you always do chest, then shoulders, then back, then bi and tri's. Is there a reason for this?
A comprehensive book would be sooooo amazing.
