Exercise bands

Has anyone else had problems with the Cathe exercise bands?? I bought them about a year ago and all three bands have broken apart from normally usage doing exercises on the dvds (mostly Low Impact Circuit dvd). When I contacted Cathe.com awhile ago they said that they do not warrant anything involving the bands so I am stuck with useless equipment. Now I hear that they will no longer sell the old bands, and only offer new bands used in Travel Fit which are more "elastic." This makes me wonder if other people have had their bands snap apart on them. I was very disappointed since I chose to order the bands from Cathe believing that they would be good quality.

if you powder them occasionally it helps w/ their longevity. ive had mine for yrs w/ no problems.

I hate to hear that they are discontinuing the regular bands! Mine that I bought at Wal-Mart are too short and I was needing another set! Just haven't been able to get around to ordering them!

Bummer.
