exercise and nausea

Hello there
I have been doing Cathe for awhile now. Now I am 9 weeks pregnant and when I work out I not only get tired more easily (about 30 minutes into it)I also get nausea. So in the last 2 weeks I have have only worked out maybe 2 times. I am afraid that I am going to lose all the work I did pre-pregnacy. Any thoughts?

HI! Funny I just read this. I am 9 weeks as well and I just got done doing step heat. And I thought I was going to throw up just now! But I drank water and it went away. Have a saltine cracker ready for you too. I only do the first 35 minutes. That's all you need. I have an 8 month old and during her pregnancy I worked out the whole time even when I was soooooooo horribly tired because it's worth it. It actually makes you feel better and make you stronger for labor, so keep it up. It's okay if it's only 3 times a week. Once you get to 2nd tri, you should have way more energy anyway. Everyone's different though.:) As long as you keep up some type of exercise you won't lose all the work you did pre pregnancy and you'll lose quickly after.;-) But most important, listen to your body. If you are soooo tired, take off that day. But sometimes, I believe, you have to push yourself a little and you actually feel better.;-)
