I have been doing Cathe for awhile now. Now I am 9 weeks pregnant and when I work out I not only get tired more easily (about 30 minutes into it)I also get nausea. So in the last 2 weeks I have have only worked out maybe 2 times. I am afraid that I am going to lose all the work I did pre-pregnacy. Any thoughts?
HI! Funny I just read this. I am 9 weeks as well and I just got done doing step heat. And I thought I was going to throw up just now! But I drank water and it went away. Have a saltine cracker ready for you too. I only do the first 35 minutes. That's all you need. I have an 8 month old and during her pregnancy I worked out the whole time even when I was soooooooo horribly tired because it's worth it. It actually makes you feel better and make you stronger for labor, so keep it up. It's okay if it's only 3 times a week. Once you get to 2nd tri, you should have way more energy anyway. Everyone's different though. As long as you keep up some type of exercise you won't lose all the work you did pre pregnancy and you'll lose quickly after.;-) But most important, listen to your body. If you are soooo tired, take off that day. But sometimes, I believe, you have to push yourself a little and you actually feel better.;-)
