Exercise and Diet

I've always been very good about exercise and until I hit 40 it was enough to keep my weight down. But, since I've turned 40 it seems to be not enough. I'm very good about sticking with a plan. So many of the diets leave too many choices, and then I don't know what to do. Can you recommend a good Sunday-Saturday diet routine that I can stick with?
 
CJ, could you give a few more details about what you're looking for? I think that perhaps the reason you haven't gotten any responses so far is that your question is a little bit vague.

To start things off...
What kind of foods do you like?
What are you eating now?
When you say Sunday-Saturday, does that mean just a one-week plan or do you intend for it to cover both weekdays and weekends?
What kind of exercise do you do?
Have you ever considered Weight Watchers?
