I recently suffered through a missed miscarriage and had to have a D&C exactly one week ago today (I should have been 11 weeks along). So far I've been good about taking it easy, but I'm so ready to start working out again and get some endorphins going. If you have been through this what were your doctor's recommendations on starting back exercising? What would the harm/risk be if I started back too soon?
