Just wanting to know what other people's number one obstacle is in completing their FULL workout!!
Mine is the following:
After about 60mins, I look at the clock and think that is enough....but if I just forced myself to bust out those last 100 lunges or those last 100 crunches, or those last two miles.....I wonder where I would be??
This next four weeks I have challenged myself to complete every workout that I have on my rotation - including those last 10 or 15 mins past the hour - my attention span wanes after one hour, but only bc I start thinking about laundry, and cooking, and running errands - but seriously what is 15 mins in the scheme of all that, the laundry can wait and so can a jug of milk! I am putting my workouts and goals FIRST for the next four weeks!!
