EXCUSES...EXCUSES.....:)

Just wanting to know what other people's number one obstacle is in completing their FULL workout!!

Mine is the following:

After about 60mins, I look at the clock and think that is enough....but if I just forced myself to bust out those last 100 lunges or those last 100 crunches, or those last two miles.....I wonder where I would be??

This next four weeks I have challenged myself to complete every workout that I have on my rotation - including those last 10 or 15 mins past the hour - my attention span wanes after one hour, but only bc I start thinking about laundry, and cooking, and running errands - but seriously what is 15 mins in the scheme of all that, the laundry can wait and so can a jug of milk! I am putting my workouts and goals FIRST for the next four weeks!! :p :p :p
 
I must admit that I always finish my full workout. Once I start, I don't stop, unless, for instance, something in my calf rips audibly, as it did before Christmas last year. Makes it difficult to carry on:p
 
Imagining something audibly ripping makes me sick to my stomach. What did you do to your calf and how long did it take you to recover?
