So with all this talk about kettlebells....
I just started using kettlebells this week with the AOS Providence DVD, and really love it, then people started posting about the amazing and even surprising results they are getting with KB workouts. So I'm getting even more interested in using kettlebells. But I'm concerned my form might not be right and of course I want to get the most out of my workouts.
Soooo... I googled KB instructors in NJ this morning and found one, Tom Phillips, he is apparently rated quite highly in the world of KB instructors and I set up an appointment with him for this Saturday for an hour and a half!
I'm so excited, I thought this would be a great way to really jump start a new workout and make sure I'm doing everything right, have the correct weights, etc.
The only negative, the gym is 1.5 hours away from me, so this will most likely be just the one time visit to learn the proper form.
I'll post back after the weekend and let you know how it went.
