First I want to say your DVD's are soooo AWESOME!!!! The new videos are going to be aerobic exercise followed by heavy weights for different body parts, right?
1. I was just wondering how the DVD's will be split up. Will there be 30 min of cardio and then 30 min of weights or 40 min/20min?
2. Will the videos alternate cardio segments with wieght segments like a circuit or just straight cardio for a while then straight weight lifting?
Either way I cannot wait for them to come out. I have already preordered them!!! Thank you so much for producing such wonderful exercise DVD's!!!!
