Sorry if this has already been a previously asked question...
What are the typical weekly routines of serious athletes(like Cathe)when they are pregnant(early, mid, late)? Cardio/ weight training, etc. Anything you shouldn't do?? Obviously, a lot is dependant on an individuals health, etc. before/during pregnancy, but I'd love to know!!
