I am 10 weeks along in my pregancy and I wanted to know what you would suggest for excercise. I have a bunch of your videos, but many are high impact. Do you feel I can just modify them? Also, I am not sure about weights. In your pregnancy how did you modify weights. I do a lots of yoga, so am strong in the shoulders, abs, chest and triceps, but also do weights at home two to three times per week. Which of your videos do you feel would be the best to use throughout my pregnancy? Also, did you stop certain forms of excercise during your pregancy.
