I just posted in the video qs & comments section about how Circuit Max was fun but seemed easy after DM.
Then I realized I was thinking the same thing yesterday when I did IMAX2--a workout I used to dread b/c I thought it was so hard. Guess the joke's on me. :+ IMAX2 flew by & I felt like I barely broke a sweat (which is saying something considering I'm carrying an extra 5 holiday lbs LOL).
I'm trying to think if there's ANY home workout out there, including instructors other than Cathe, that comes even close to DM's intensity. The only one I can come up with is Kick Max--but the difference is KM just doesn't have the fun factor of DM.
(all this said w/the qualifier that the only home DVDs I own are cardio & core--these are the first home circuit workouts I've ever purchased)
So who wants to chime in? Is there anything out there tougher than DM?
