I have already posted on the ask Cathe site, but I also just wanted to share this with all of you. Today is my 45th birthday and thanks to Cathe and her workouts, I am in the best shape of my life. I thank all of you as well because I have gotten some great advice from everyone over the past two years that I have been a Cathe "convert", either by directly asking you all for advice or just browsing the posts. Today, I am a Mom that my daughter is proud of and never thinks twice about whether or not I can rollerblade with her, climb a rock wall, play soccer, or whatever. She just knows I'll be there to do any activity she wants to. To have the fitness level to keep up with a ten-year-old is a gift in and of itself.
...well, that and biceps you can bounce a quarter off of as I have been told!!!!
