Everone answer here please? What after Thanksgiving

Due to company it was hard to do any Cathe. Friday I did a long walk with two girlfriends an my sister-in-law. We pretty much put her into cardiac shock. She younger than all of us and very very thin. She is not in any kind of shape. I don't think she will join us next year unless she really starts to workout. I told her all about Cathe and gave her a catalog.

Today after all had left town, I did GS legs, GS chest and triceps and ran on my treadmill. Back on track with eating as well.
 
You seriously did legs and the chest/tricep workout and ran -all in one day? Good grief, makes me tired just reading that.
 
i did a half marathon thanksgiving day, then nothing on friday. today, i did the 4DS boot camp and upper body premix. it's all of boot camp and then all the upper body segments. it was my first time doing 4DS BC and i really enjoyed it. tomorrow will be a run. i am thinking long, slow, distance.
 
Ran for 6 miles yesterday trying to stave off cold germs threatening to develop into nasty, nasty cold. Seems to have worked!

Lainie - how you're feeling better!

I did 4DS Total Body and a 3 mile run. I also decided to eat strictly vegetarian for a week. :p
 
Well lets see....Thursday I did an hour powerwalk,Friday I did Butts and Gutts and saturday I did Imax2.Todays workout is BM2 warm up plus the step combos then abbs off of B&G's!! I didn't really plan any of those workouts,Im doing a cathe rotation.

Lainie-I also hope you get to feeling better,its no fun being sick this time of year:-((or anytime of year;-))
 
I did my own Boot Camp workout that I wrote for an upcoming group exercise class. It was hard and I did it twice to get it down!!
Then I did BM2 yesterday - all of it.

Friday I did a 5 mile run/walk

Saturday I did a kettlebell workout that included 110 burpees.

Today will be PUB in the am and probably PLB in the pm. I want to go running today but it is suppose to rain.
 
Thanksgiving day I did some leaf raking and Christmas light hanging outside. Inside I just did the step only of IMAX 3 - I wasn't feeling like jumping around so much that day. Friday I did nothing. It was Christmas tree day, so we went and cut down a tree and spent all day decorating it and the house. Yesterday (Saturday) was Drill Max and a long walk with my doggie, looking at the lights some people have up already. Today, we are going Christmas shopping for my son, he is going to my brother's for a while, so I'm not sure which workout is lined up for today yet. Tomorrow I should be back on schedule.

Wow you guys are so impressive,I also was trying to follow November's Rotation,But My husband has been working out with me lately.So I have been doing a mixture.Did anyone do last years November Rotation?

LOL! Me too! :) I am sooo exhausted! I slept until *11:30* Sunday, and today is my first day back to work and I kept hitting the snooze until 7. What is up with me anyway?

On T-day, I did 45 minutes of LIC. Friday and Saturday we went into D.C. and walked all over the place. Sunday I vegged and slept, and now I can't get going. I've been off work almost 2 weeks, and I'm just not ready to go back. Sigh.
