Even after some time away... love S&H

Hey guys!

Kids are back in school - fall is almost here. So I'm back into a Cathe routine. In the summer I run for cardio and just do free weights on my own.

Yesterday I did S&H shoulders and legs... since I've been working out (though not much cathe) I didnt have to go down much in weights.. what a great work out!

Today I did kickbox for cardio.... Sure felt good!

Anyhow its nice to have the cathe tapes again and they feel just as good as ever!

I know exactly what you mean.I went on vacation for a week and I could do was run and I missed my step and weights so much.I did Rythmic Step the day I got home and I was so into it.
Summer is crazy.My little one is gone to school now to.She is in grade 1 this year so it is full days and I have the morning all to myself.
I got a little slack with the leg work outs and yesterday I did strong legs and abs.Oh my Lord....my legs and bum are so sore.The floor work is tough to.I don't even know if myu legs can hold me for a step work out....but I will try.

Yep.. I actually find the change in routine was great. I'm pretty active so going back to cathe isn't as bad as i thought.

So far Mon - S&H - legs shoulder Tues - kickbox Weds - leaner legs!
