I just orderd the two videos and after a month wait, they tell me they're being shipped...i was just wondering... has anyone got these videos, and if so, what are they like.
If this is the vidoe by Miranda White they are OK. I probably wouldn't recommended them. I don't seem to care for doing them regularly. They do help, but I do just as well after good cardio session & Cathe's stretch recomendations from a few weeks ago.
I think this is the video by Michelle LeMay. I almost ordred it but there was not a protected server at the site and when I emailed the company my email bounced back and so that spooked me and I didn't order. I too am interested in any reviews of these videos.
Hi, the major difference that I can see is that unlike yoga, the positions are not held.. rather you move fluidly from one position to another. Also, while tradtional yoga stretches may be included, there are other stretches in the program...many of them similar to what you would see in a jazz or modern dance class.
